Daily Digests – Upcoming Deadlines and Updates
New Project Notifications
New project notifications are sent in real time:
- When you are invited to participate in a new opportunity, the notification is sent in real time to the Primary Admin and the requested contact, if applicable.
- When the Primary Admin reassigns or adds a contact to the opportunity, a real-time notification is sent.
Closed Project Notifications
Closed project notifications are sent in real time to the contact(s) assigned to the opportunity, including any custom message provided by the broker user.
Daily Digests – Upcoming Deadlines and Updates
Reminders and updates are batched and sent daily to the contact(s) assigned to the project. These include:
- Reminders of any items due today or tomorrow
- Intent to bid due
- Questions due
- Proposal due
- Notifications of any broker updates in open projects/RFPs
- New project messages from brokers
- New project attachments from brokers
- Answered project questions from brokers
Updates Requested
When a broker user requests updates to your Profile or RFI, notifications are sent to the Primary Admin and include:
- A real-time notification, including any custom message provided by the broker user
- Weekly recaps of requested updates from broker users that haven’t been completed
- The broker user receives a notification when their requested update is complete
Messages
New message notifications are sent to the contact(s) included in the conversation in real time. This specifically refers to messages sent using the Messaging feature, not messages/updates that may be posted in a project.
