Promote Your Top Vendor Status

Congratulations for being named a Shortlister Top Vendor!  Along with a designation your company can be proud of, use our Top Vendors assets to promote your recognition.

You’ve been named a Top Vendor in your category. Now it’s time to let your customers and prospects know about it!

How can you get this recognition in front of the people who matter most? Below is some inspiration for your marketing team:

  • Achievements Page: If you have an achievements page or awards showcase, adding all of your quarterly awards is a no-brainer. APS has all its awards here.
  • Announcement Blog: A blog allows you to highlight the award and provide context for prospects. We love this example from APS! To request a blog post or section written by Shortlister, or quotes from our leadership team, contact Violeta Bojkovska (violetab@myshortlister.com).
  • Press Release: Some companies choose to promote their awards in a traditional press release. Here is a release from Armada Health.
  • Company Newsletter: Show your contacts what sets you apart from our competitors in your company newsletter.
  • Social Media: Share your awards and badge on LinkedIn, Twitter and other social networks.

Top Vendor Badge Files

Your Top Vendor Badge comes in several sizes and file formats for different uses, including for your email signature, website, and print.

The following files are available in the Shortlister Marketing Suite under Top Vendors/Past Elections.

  • Badge (.png/white) - This can be used in print, email or on the web. (TopVendorBadgeW.png)
  • Badge (.png/transparent) - This can be used in print, email or on the web. (TopVendorBadgeT.png)
  • RFT - can be placed in email signatures for users who send email in rich text format. This is unique to the time period in which you’ve been chosen, but not unique to each product. (TopVendorRTF.rtf)
  • HTML Tag - versions of each badge you qualify for are able to be embedded on a web page. To do this, click “HTML Tag” to the right of the product you’d like to generate the badge for, select a white or transparent background and click “Copy”. This will allow you to embed the badge without hosting the image on your site.

Top Vendor Badge for Web

The Top Vendor Badge can be placed on your website to highlight your recognition as a Top Vendor.

If you have product pages specific to each product you offer, placing the relevant badge on the applicable product pages can differentiate your solution against your competitors and provide additional credibility from an unbiased source.

The homepage is also a great place to include your badge if that’s where most visitors enter your website.

Be sure to use the badge saved specifically for the web (Using the HTML Tag or TopVendorBadge. png). Your badge should be linked to your listing on Shortlister’s public site (for example, https://www.myshortlister.com/your-company/vendor-reviews).

Here are some examples to incorporate your badge:
